SHAPE UP!
Let this be the year you step into your greatness!
Many of us start the New Year with this little voice inside saying, “Shape up! It’s time to get your act together!” We resolve to do things different this year, change our ways, become who we really want to be. Then we get busy, we get distracted, we slip back into old habits that we know are taking us in the wrong direction.
Only yoga offers a set of practices that address the whole you, from how you live in your body to how you deal with your crazy mind, from what you eat to how you treat others. This powerful toolbox will set you on the path toward who and what you’ve always known you can be!
Of course, you have to practice! It’s not enough to read about yoga or talk about doing yoga. You gotta show up! To make that easier, and sweeter, I invite you to join me for a New Year’s program, that will get 2011 off to a great start. The program is for students and teachers of all levels and all abilities—even those of you nursing injuries. So, no excuses! Today is the day!
Anusara Yoga Immersion takes place as a weekend mini-retreat. Space is limited, so don’t delay! Send your deposit today to reserve your spot. Questions? Feel free to email lois@blueskyyoga.com or call me (917)975-8009. Payment plans and barters available.
ANUSARA YOGA IMMERSIONS: DIVE IN!
