
Rhonda utilizes her extensive dance and theatre movement techniques to enhance her fitness and recuperative training programs. She was the Director of Pineapple West Pilates at the Queens County Farm Museum and has taught Fitness and Pilates at health clubs, studios, Y’s and libraries throughout the N.Y. Metropolitan area most recently at Pathways Women’s Health as Wellness Director, 2009. Rhonda served as Artistic Director of Womanstage, a company advancing women in the performing arts, and has worked Off-Broadway and internationally as a choreographer, dancer, director and actor performing various leading roles in Ibsen, Chekhov, Pinter, the Greek classics and others. She has been featured in Newsday, Women in Art/Women’s Record, North Shore Magazine, The Times/Ledger, and the NY Times LI Section. Wanting to do something for the victims of 9-11 she produced and directed “A Streetcar Named Desire” and donated the proceeds to the 9-11 fund. Some notable productions include “Dancing at Lughnasa” at Theatre-in-the-Park, NY, and (AD) Richard Trent’s film project “The Piano Teacher” Film Export, Prague.
