Dr Mantione focuses on prevention which means that he doesn’t just backtrack with patients once they have sustained an injury. Instead, he encourages regular tune-ups to re-calibrate. Dr Mantione performs a 1 hour head to toe evaluation, during which time he checks flexibility and re-balances the body where needed: bones, spine, and muscles. Imbalance of the body leads to compression of the joints, wear and tear, arthritis, back pain, strains, muscle/ligament tears, fatigue and pain while exercising. |
